Response time: we reply within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).

For urgent safety issues: include screenshots and the offending username/post ID if available.

Report content or a user: Discover → Watch content → tap Flag (top-right) → choose Report or Block user.
What happens next: reported items may be hidden pending review. We review all reports and remove violating content and eject offending users within 24 hours.

You can permanently delete your account in-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible.

Personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
Logs and backups are purged within 90 days, except where retention is legally required.

How do I connect with friends? Use your invite link from your profile. Friends who join via your link are auto-connected.
Can I delete content after posting? Private content is viewable once and then disappears (or after a short time if not viewed). Public content is removed automatically after 24 hours.
Is my data private? We design Nuuki to minimize data exposure. Some protections deter copying and redistribution, but no system is 100% foolproof. Please share responsibly.
