By accessing or using Nuuki, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law) to use Nuuki.
2. User Content & License
You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Nuuki a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service.
3. Objectionable Content & Reporting
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, including but not limited to: sexual content involving minors, harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, and illegal activity.
You can report any post or user in-app via … → Report or by email at support@nuuki.app. Reported items may be immediately hidden pending review. We review all reports and remove violating content and eject offending users within 24 hours.
4. Content Moderation & Filtering
We use automated keyword filters and other signals to reduce objectionable content. Content that reaches a community-report threshold is auto-hidden for review.
5. Blocking
Users can Block others to stop receiving their content and interactions.
6. Safety & Prohibited Uses
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
- No attempts to bypass safety or privacy features.
7. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account in-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible. We delete personal data from active systems within 30 days and from logs/backups within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. App Tracking Transparency & Measurement
If we perform advertising attribution or measurement, we display Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency permission request before any tracking. If you decline, we use SKAdNetwork-only measurement and do not read the IDFA.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
